MLA opening

Arrived here at 400 local time, straight to the opening reception. Looking at the programme on the plane, two themes strike me as being particulary useful, the events on the open access movement, and a session on informatics/information skills/infomation literacy/or what you will, in the curriculum.
The NeLH are here and tell me that their blog at http://dlnet.blogspot.com/is going to carry conference reports as well (and they now have an RSS feed at http://feeds.feedburner.com/blogspot/rGxs). I wonder how many delegates are posting their MLA thoughts to blogs?
Up early tomorrow for the Majors walk, which I shall run rather than walk, provided someone can tell me which way to go.
