I see there's to be an attempt to film Hangover Square according to Time out, by Joe Wright who apparently directed a version of Pride and Prejudice; I get my recent Austen adaptations muddled, there seem to be so many. Was this the one that caused distress to Austenians by changing the ending?
Hamilton has not been served well by film makers, and Time Out wryly say that the 1940s John Brahm version of Hangover Square
"did not stick particularly closely to the source material".
