And, having thought that, who would then chose to begin the series with the 1977 interview of Richard Nixon, disgraced US President, bomber of Indochina, and assassin of Kent State, by David Frost? And, even if that had been thought a good idea, who would then commission the equally disgraced Conrad Black to write the introduction?
