There's an interesting piece on the Bodleian in the Guardian. For all that Oxford is part of the Google Books project, the space needs of physical collections remain just as important and difficult.
However I do hope whoever ssid, in an unattributed quotation, that the library is "130% full" will be sent on remedial English language training. No one from Cambridge would have got away with such an error.
